CONGRATULATIONS to this year's forensics team.  Our 13 students did a fantastic job representing our school at the state contest.  Paige Colby received a bronze medal; Tyne Scheel, Edrea Kubista, Sydney Schultz, Emma Piller and Hannah Peroshek all received silver medals; and Cole Stumpner, Brody Scherer, Tanner Troutt, Zach Geier, Miriam Reynaldo, Emily Rand and Rachel Anderson all received GOLD MEDALS for their perfect 25 point scores.  Thank you for a fantastic season!

Congratulations to the 8th grade Softball team on their win over Greenwood on Friday.  The 7th grade tied.

All Juniors need to attend the final Prom meeting Tues during RTI

We will be having A.L.I.C.E. training at 10:00 in the HS Gym.

Freshman will be training for the ACT Aspire test on April 27 during RtI. Students A-L will meet at 10:30 and students M-Z following.

Students who have signed up for CWETN classes for next year MUST meet in Mrs. Scherer's room during RTI on Tuesday, May 2.

There is information on the HS office counter for the Owen-Withee Girls Basketball Camp July 16, 17 and 18.  It is open for girls in grades 7-12.  Registration cost is $30.00 and due by May 10.  The camp will run from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m.

Anyone between the ages of 17-25, male or female, who is interested in the Fairest of the Fair program and scholarship, please see Mrs. Scherer by Friday. We have information in the HS office for anyone interested in running for Corn Fest Royalty.

Dress Code Reminders:

Students may choose their own style of dress and personal appearance, as long as it does not disrupt the operation of the school or endanger student safety and/or health. Any clothing which is considered obscene or inappropriate will not be allowed.

Specifically:

  • All footwear is to be securely fastened to your foot. Flip-flops are not allowed in school. They are not good for your feet and are a safety hazard.
  • All shorts and skirts are to be long enough to reach your fingertips, with your arms straight by your side.
  • Skin tight pants have to be covered by a long enough shirt or tunic to reach your fingertips, with your arms straight by your side.
